This line became Marberry?

Isaac was probably born in Rowan Co. NC.  He's believed to be one
of the sons of Francis Marbury on the 1790 Rowan Co. NC Census.
He first shows up in Rowan Co. Marriages Records.
 Birth estimated by Census records.

Isaac Marbury Marriage Bond

Marriage Bond - Rowan Co. NC ca 1792 - 1795
Isaac Marbury to Rebecca Biles
Signed by Isaac Marbury & Thomas Biles.
(This is probably Thomas Biles, Jr. who married Tabitha Marbury.)

This marriage bond is not dated.  Richard D. Speight, Sr. was Governor of
North Carolina 1792 - 1795.  Thus we know that Isaac & Rebecca
were married during this time period.

In 1800 Montgomery Co. NC, Isaac & Presay
had one male under 10 years old.
In 1811 Bedford Co. TN, Isaac was commissioned
a Captain of the Militia Regiment, Capt. James Yell's Company.
In 1812, Isaac Marberry, along with John Marberry, is listed
on the Bedford Co. TN Tax List.
(Bedford Co. was created from Rutherford Co. TN 1807.  Bedford's
court houses have been destroyed by fire and a tornado.  Loss of
records makes it more difficult, but not impossible, to prove residence.  )

(Did Isaac & Presay migrate to Bedford Co. abt 1810 with
John & Eleanor Marbury Moore?  It seems probable.)

Who was the Isaac Marbury mentioned in the book by Ethel Cummins
"Record of Lucas William Marberry and His Descendants" published 1980?
The book stated: "Grandpappy had a brother Isaac and (an)
Uncle
Isaac Marbury
who owned a string of race horses.
Grandpappy jockeyed for him many times.
Uncle Isaac was also a slave-trader...."

The Grandpappy referred to was Lucas William Marberry, son of
our Luke.
So, was this Uncle Isaac Marbury a brother to Luke
and possibly a son of Francis & Tabitha?

How Many Children?
We don't know, nor can we identify any!

On the 1820 Stewart Co. TN Census, Isaac had in his household,
1 male under 10, 2 males 16 - 26, 1 male over 45 (himself),
1 female under 10, 2 females 10 - 16, 1 female 16 - 26,
and 1 female over 45 (wife).  It's possible that some of
these young children were grandchildren.

We cannot establish Isaac's residence after the 1820
Stewart Co. TN Census.  Did he migrate to Anderson
Co. TN?  There's an Isaac on the 1830 & 1840
Anderson Co. Census in the right age group.
