                                                 Thank You!

Many of our Summerhill's have served, or now serving in a military capacity,
but haven't served in a War.  This nation, backed by the American taxpayer,
maintains a powerful force prepared to deal with those who dare to threaten
our liberty.  We can take great pride and rest easier, because these brave men
and women stand ready to answer the call.

For many years I lived only a couple of hundred feet from a military airbase.
How my heart raced when their giant planes took to the air, one after another,
on military alert.  I knew their mission was to go anywhere and do what was
necessary, to protect this great nation against any foe.

We thank God that America still produces such men and women who'll
sacrifice all for this wondrous liberty we love.
     I salute you!
Aletha
